At Ristorante Biancofiore in Corso Emanuele II 13 in Bari you can pair the various courses with biodynamic wines and selected local, national and foreign labels. The wine cellar is looked after by Diego, who says: "This wine list is the result of a personal passion. I selected producers that I respect for the choice and commitment they put into working the vineyard 365 days a year. Most of them are farms that rigorously try not to use synthetic chemicals in the vineyard. They use indigenous yeasts and a limited amount of sulphur dioxide, without varying the physical-chemical parameters in the cellar. They thus express their personality'.
